Our condo features a spacious bedroom, large bath with separate shower, tub, and toilet room with separate door, and dual sinks. The kitchen overflows to the living room and dining room with bay windows, and there is a bonus room off the living area (without a door or closet) with French door entrance/exit and a nice daybed with trundle. We also have dedicated laundry with a full-sized washer and dryer, very convenient for guests a few feet from our front door.

Our 4-passenger golf cart is available at no charge to guests. Golf cart agreement, copy of driver's license and insurance are required.

An added convenience is that we have fewer stairs than many to access the condo. At 53 steps from the top road, getting to and from our place isn't a burden, and another bonus is that our golf cart's assigned parking is the very first spot you come to at the stairway. The cart parks up top, too, and not down at the bottom of the development as many carts do. Our guests also appreciate the convenience of BBQing on the balcony, making it the perfect spot for meals with an incredible view. Just keep an eye on your food if you run inside for something! There are seagulls who will show up very quickly if you step inside and leave food out!
