Brent and Carrie’s home is absolutely beautiful! They are the most hospitable hosts we have ever experienced traveling over the years. They accommodated us in every way, and their home is upgraded with new appliances, a grill that is clean and works great as you can BBQ looking at the sailboats pass by, new big screen smart TV’s in the main room and bedroom, and extremely clean! it’s vey accessible with carrying in groceries, and they have an awesome golf cart that is vey easy to use. We will definitely be booking another stay in the future. We highly recommend staying at their home!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Catalina Getaway!
My stay at Brent’s condo in Catalina was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The space had a relaxed island charm with all the modern comforts — comfy beds, and a balcony with an incredible view that made the morning coffee and evening sunset feel extra special.
Brent was a fantastic host — responsive, friendly, and full of great local recommendations. He made check-in a breeze and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The condo’s location was ideal too — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Catalina. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I visit. Highly recommend! 🌴✨

It's hard to describe how 26 miles of Pacific ocean can transport you to a place that is so beautiful and unique that if you closed your eyes and woke up you could be anywhere in the world and just be wide eyed and fully aware of the incredible scenic feast that is Catalina Island. Brent and Carrie have created a gem of a property getaway that goes above and beyond expectations. Location, amenities and the view off the balcony takes your breath away. Having driven golf carts limited to golf courses it was a complete blast to tour the streets of Avalon and drive the elevated paved roads above the town and drink in the fabulous views. I'm counting the days till our next visit to Hamilton Cove.

We spent 4 nights here and highly recommend it. The condo's location at Hamilton Cove was great - close to the entrance/road/golf cart, not many stairs, private corner unit, and unobstructed view. It is a nice unit for two people. It was clean and well decorated, and the kitchen had modern appliances. The Hamilton Cove complex is quiet, and there are lots of amenities (pool, hot tub, beach, putting course, volleyball, etc.). The view is lovely, and one could stay entertained just watching the action on the sea and colors from sunrises and sunsets. Brent is the best host we have ever experienced with rentals. He responded instantly to all of our questions and needs and made sure everything was perfect for us. Although we had the golf cart, we enjoyed walking to town, even at night. In Avalon, we recommend the Wrigley Memorial and Botanical Gardens and NDMK Topside.

Staying in Brent's villa in Avalon was a totally enjoyable experience! The location and view were spectacular and the patio overlooking the ocean was the perfect spot to have morning coffee or just watch the boats come and go. The space was perfect (really appreciate only being 21 steps from the top, I get it now!), the interior was clean and well taken care of and the kitchen had everything we needed. The golf cart was so handy and we did several trips down to Avalon town. Brent is a stellar host and so responsive. He was incredibly helpful whenever we had questions. We hope to be back again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The view of the water was breathtaking, and the expansive balcony was the perfect place to relax from sunrise to sunset. We spent hours enjoying the ocean breeze and the peaceful surroundings. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. Brent was an outstanding host — friendly, considerate, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. He made sure we had everything we needed and truly went above and beyond. This was the perfect Catalina Island getaway — peaceful, relaxing, and unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Brent’s place was great. The location was beautiful and the complex was quiet. Unfortunately we had a short stay so didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities which looked wonderful. Hopefully next time we can book a longer stay. Brent was very responsive and detailed. He wanted to make sure his guests had a nice stay. I would love to return in the future.

This home is stunning—bright, spacious, and perfectly set with panoramic ocean views. The host was wonderful, very communicative, and always quick to answer any questions. They gave great local recommendations and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. It made the whole trip smooth and stress-free. We would definitely return!

Brent and Carrie’s place was such a treat! We stayed here for our anniversary and could not have asked for anything better! The views were breathtaking and the balcony was so peaceful. We loved our stay and Brent was awesome to communicate with. Having a golf cart to go around was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again!
