Brent was an incredible host. He is very responsive and helpful if you have any questions. He offers, if possible, early check in and late check out with comes with use of the golf cart with an extra fee that is TOTALLY worth it! The views alone are worth the stay. Airbnb is within Hamilton beach cove and comes with its own fantastic amenties such as a private beach, hottub, pool, playground, and tennis courts. The Airbnb has all the beach equipment you could need though we didn’t use it as it was January. Thanks again Brent!

What a lovely home! We enjoyed our stay so much. It was quiet and convenient. We have been to Catalina many times and this was the best stay we have ever had. 10/10 recommendation all around! We will definitely come back and rebook. Thanks for having us :)

I had an excellent stay here. The view is phenomenal. This place reminds me of Santorini. You can walk down to the beach. The place comes with a golf cart already, which is an awesome addition to get around the town. Our host went above and beyond. 10 out of 10. I would definitely be coming back here again.

We had an amazing stay! Absolutely the best place to be on Catalina / Avalon… felt like a true Oasis. Brent was the most attentive, thorough, and helpful Airbnb host I have ever had. They really went out of their way to ensure we had an easy, comfortable and enjoyable stay! 10 out of 10! The space is exactly as described… serene, clean, out of this world views, comfy, cozy, inspiring, and the list goes on… The golf cart is a total perk! We had so much fun romping around the island and then escaping the busyness of town to retreat back to the condo. It was an incredible experience we’ll cherish always. And we’ll definitely be back as well!

We had the BEST stay at Brent and Carries. Brent is the best host we’ve ever stayed with and as hosts of three places ourselves, that’s saying a lot. The home is in the most perfect location with a great golf cart to cruise around on. The view was incredible. All of the amenities were really enjoyable for my husband, 4 year old and I and Brent even brought us a bottle of amazing wine cause they also happened to be in town. 10/10 and we’ll definitely be back for another visit.

We can’t wait to go back. The views were beautiful, and the location made everything easy. Having the golf cart was a huge plus—we could get anywhere we needed to go whenever we wanted. It was a five-minute ride or less to the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. The place was exactly as described, at the top with only a few steps. Highly recommend. Brent was very attentive, paid attention to the details, and made sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The hosts were insanely helpful and incredibly responsive—truly above and beyond in every way. The space itself was beautiful, spotless, and even better than the photos. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which made the whole experience feel so welcoming and enjoyable.

This was our third time staying in Hamilton Cove, and it was by far the best. You’ll see plenty of reviews about the amazing view and the convenience of having a golf cart, but two things truly set this stay apart. First, the hosts Brent and Carrie. Brent was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure we were settled in. We’ve never had an Airbnb host make us feel so genuinely cared for. Second, the unit itself. The appliances, kitchen tools, and overall setup were high quality, and it’s clear they pay attention to the small details that make a stay comfortable. If you’re considering Hamilton Cove, stop searching and book this place. You’ll be well taken care of. We’ll absolutely plan future Catalina trips around staying in their condo again.

We spent our thanksgiving here and had a wonderful time. The condo was very cozy and had a magical view! The included golf cart made it very easy to get to downtown Avalon. Highly recommend to other guests!

This was an amazing place with an amazing host! We greatly enjoyed our stay -- the views are phenomenal, the ambience amazing, and the accoutrements were all in place. The flip-out bed was very comfy (according to my daughter) and there were lots of activities to be had, thanks to a generously stocked sports closet. We are already making plans to go back!
