Stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was beautiful, peaceful and perfect. I've stayed on the island many times but this was by far the best way to stay! Brent was great and went out of his way to make sure that everything went smooth for us which is huge when you are traveling with 2 little ones. I was a bit concerned with the distance from the ferry but everything was all setup for us to have an easy entrance and exit. Hamilton Cove is amazingly peaceful and the extra amenities are so great, this place feels like your own little island on the island. Brent was very responsive if we needed anything and the place was gorgeous. The view from the patio was spectacular and the home is very comfortable. So happy I picked this place it definitely made my birthday extra special.

We had a truly exceptional stay at Brent and Carrie's beautiful home! The breathtaking views were exactly as stunning as they appear in the photos. Brent and Carrie define 'above and beyond' when it comes to hosting - their attentiveness and incredibly prompt responses (within minutes!) made us feel so well cared for. Every detail was considered, and the house provided everything we needed for a perfectly relaxing and comfortable escape. We can't wait to come back for another unforgettable weekend!"

Brent was an exceptional host. He truly went over and beyond. He checked in at the right times. He made it convenient to understand where everything was and made some great local recommendations. Scoops Ice Cream is a must. We would highly recommend staying here. It was convenient to get to the private beach, pool, and the evenings were surreal. The views will take your breath away. This is the spot to stay...no doubt about it! Come enjoy ease and comfort here. Thank you Brent, we had a great time and will be back.

Just book it!! We felt right at home. This place was so clean and had an amazing view. The place had games for kids, extra linens, pillows, pack n play, etc. Brent was extremely helpful and nice. Using the golf cart was a plus!! We will definitely come back to this place in the future.

Brent was a super host. Brent is very friendly and very responsive. His vacation home comes with a beautiful view and all the amenities you need. The Hamilton Cove community has a pool and jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts (Brent has tennis rackets and balls, the court lights came on after 8pm) and a putting green (no lights so play before it gets dark, and Brent’s putters and golf balls we’re missing but he was super responsive and found a replacement). The Hamilton Cove beach is rocky but once you get in the water it is calm (perfect for inner tube) and lots of fish for snorkeling. The rental came with a golf cart and it is a short drive into town (5min). NDMK, Bluewater, and Sailors Delight Ice Cream were our favorite places to eat. Aerial Adventure was my favorite activity we paid for. You need to make reservations if you want to ride a waverunner on a Saturday because they book up and there is only one place to rent in Avalon. Snorkeling at Casino Point is amazing. Thank you Brent!

This is an amazing place to stay in! Very private and serene environment. The balcony view is breathtaking! The rooms are spacious and luxurious. The beds are very comfortable. The supplied golf cart makes transportation fast and easy! The host is very welcoming and responsive! We will definitely visit again!

Brent is the best host I’ve ever had hands down. He went above and beyond to help me with all questions (which I had a good amount) Check in was very simple and the second you open the front door you won’t believe your eyes with the view you are seeing. Absolutely breathtaking. Very clean place makes you feel right at home. Also it comes with a golf cart which is extremely clutch because the rental companies in town charge $70 an hour!!! Booking this place alone saves you tons of money on transportation. Bothering Brent is impossible he will answer every single call and is always extremely polite and helpful. Without a doubt the best vacation I could ask for. I will be returning for sure and only booking with Brent, I’m telling you the hospitality is unmatched with anywhere I’ve ever been. Thank you for everything Brent!

We stayed here for our baby moon with our 1.5 year old and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Everything from the amazingly comfortable bed to the most breathtaking view made our trip feel like a true 5 star vacation. Staying at Hamilton Cove is well worth the price because of its private beach, tennis courts and pool. Brent was an amazing host and was extremely responsive throughout our entire trip but to be honest there was nothing we needed to reach out for because his place has everything you need. Stalked with beach chairs, towels, Snorkle masks and more we lacked for nothing during our stay. I can’t wait to come back and stay again and again.
